Section 72-509 - OFFICES AND SUPPLIES(1) The principal office of the commission shall be located in Ada county.(2) The commission may establish such branch offices, divisions, sections and advisory committees in such localities in this state as it deems necessary to administer this act, in addition to the offices and committees herein otherwise provided for, and shall have power to rent temporary quarters deemed requisite for the purpose of administering this law.(3) The commission may acquire office furniture, furnishings, equipment, stationery and supplies deemed requisite for the purpose of administering this law.[72-509, added I.C., sec. 72-509, as added by 1971, ch. 124, sec. 3, p. 422; am. 2001, ch. 183, sec. 37, p. 641.]
