Section 71-238 - FLUID DAIRY AND MILK PRODUCTS

All fluid dairy and milk products including, but not limited to, whole milk, skimmed milk, cultured milk, sweet cream, sour cream, and buttermilk, shall be sold in units of fluid volume.
