Section 7-1417 - FINAL ORDER OF SUSPENSION(1) A license suspension order issued by the court shall be final and conclusive between the parties unless an appeal is filed within twenty-eight (28) days.(2) A license suspension order issued by a hearing officer of the department shall be final and conclusive between the parties unless an appeal to district court is filed within twenty-eight (28) days, notwithstanding the provisions of section 67-5243, Idaho Code.[7-1417 added 1996, ch. 429, sec. 1, p. 1462.]
