Section 7-1112 - WARRANT FOR ARREST - WHEN ISSUEDThe court may issue a warrant, directing the defendant be arrested and brought before the court, when a petition is presented to the court to commence the proceedings and it appears that:
(1) the summons cannot be served; or(2) the defendant has failed to obey the summons; or(3) the defendant is likely to leave the jurisdiction; or(4) a summons, in the court's opinion, would be ineffectual; or(5) the safety of the plaintiff is endangered; or(6) a defendant on bail or on parole has failed to appear.[7-1112, added 1969, ch. 93, sec. 11, p. 318.]
