Section 67-827 - COORDINATION OF POLICY AND PROGRAMS - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES AND CYBERSECURITY(1) There is hereby established in the office of the governor the "Office of Information Technology Services."(2) The administrator of the office of information technology services shall be the official in the state designated to oversee and execute the coordination and implementation of all information technology services and cybersecurity policies within the state of Idaho.
