Current through Chapter 330 of the 2024 Regular Legislative Session
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vessel loaded with passengers or cargo beyond its safe carrying capacity taking into consideration weather and other existing operating conditions. It is also unlawful for any vessel to exceed the capacity established by a capacity plate required in this chapter.
