Section 67-6601 - PURPOSE OF CHAPTERThe purpose of this chapter is:
(1) To promote public confidence in government; and(2) To promote openness in government and to promote transparency by those giving financial support to election campaigns and those promoting or opposing legislation or attempting to influence executive or administrative actions for compensation.[67-6601, added Init.
