Section 67-2720 - DUTY OF ATTORNEY GENERAL TO AID DEPARTMENT

The attorney general shall when called upon by the department of finance, aid it in any investigation or matter; giving legal advice, and shall supervise the prosecution of all offenders under the provisions of this chapter.
