Section 58-410 - PROSECUTING ATTORNEYS TO PROSECUTE

The prosecuting attorneys of the various counties of the state are hereby directed to prosecute in the name of the state all cases arising under sections 58-401 to 58-410 [, Idaho Code], inclusive.
