Section 56-802 - DEFINITIONSFor the purposes of this act:
(1) "Hard-to-place child" means a child who is difficult to place for adoption or guardianship because of ethnic background, race, color, age, sibling grouping, or physical or emotional disability.(2) "Department" means the department of health and welfare.[56-802, added 1974, ch. 61, sec. 2, p. 1139; am. 2001, ch. 92, sec. 1, p. 231; am. 2010, ch. 235, sec. 53, p. 590.]
