Section 56-1901 [56-2102] - [Effective 10/1/2024] GOVERNMENTAL LIABILITY

All provisions of chapter 9, title 6, Idaho Code, shall apply to any claim of tortious conduct on the part of a person action or refusing to act in conformance with this chapter.
