Section 54-1733D - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2024] EPINEPHRINE AUTO-INJECTORS - PRESCRIPTION AND ADMINISTRATION(1) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any prescriber or pharmacist acting in good faith and exercising reasonable care may prescribe an epinephrine auto-injector to any person or entity.(2) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any person acting in good faith and exercising reasonable care may administer an epinephrine auto-injector to another person who appears to be experiencing anaphylaxis.
