Section 54-1713 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD(1) The board of pharmacy shall elect from its members a chairman and such other officers as it deems appropriate and necessary to the conduct of its business. The chairman of the board of pharmacy shall preside at all meetings of the board and shall be responsible for the performance of all of the duties and functions of the board required or permitted by this chapter.
