Section 54-1711 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2024] VACANCIES

Any vacancy which occurs in the membership of the board for any reason, including expiration of term, removal, resignation, death, disability or disqualification, shall be filled by the governor in the manner prescribed in section 54-1709, Idaho Code.
