Idaho Code § 50-2305
Current through the 2024 Regular Session
Immediately upon the proclamation by the governor the authority of the governing body under the special charter or general incorporating act shall cease, and said officials shall have such powers and duties as are provided under this act, and the general laws of the state of Idaho.
