Idaho Code § 50-1926
Current through the 2024 Regular Session
Notwithstanding any other evidence of legislative intent, it is hereby declared to be the controlling legislative intent, that if any provision of sections 50-1901 through 50-1927 [, Idaho Code], or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder [remaining] sections 50-1901 through 50-1927 [, Idaho Code,] and the application of such provisions to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not be affected thereby.
