Section 49-663 - RESTRICTED USE OF NEIGHBORHOOD ELECTRIC VEHICLES ON HIGHWAYS(1) It is unlawful to operate a neighborhood electric vehicle on any highway with a posted speed limit of over thirty-five (35) miles per hour.(2) It is unlawful for a person operating a neighborhood electric vehicle to cross any highway with a posted speed limit greater than forty-five (45) miles per hour.[49-663, added 2005, ch. 183, sec. 5, p. 567; am. 2009, ch. 194, sec. 1, p. 628.]
