Section 49-2448 - AUTOCYCLES(1) The following provisions of law shall apply to autocycles: (a) Motorcycle plate and registration tag requirements;(b) Motorcycle registration requirements. Certification from the national highway traffic safety administration and a manufacturer's certificate of origin stating that the vehicle meets the federal specifications for a motorcycle shall be required for all autocycles prior to registration;(c) Motorcycle insurance requirements.(2) All persons operating autocycles shall be in compliance with the provisions of section 49-301, Idaho Code.[49-2448, added 2015, ch. 230, sec. 5, p. 726.]Added by 2015 Session Laws, ch. 230,sec. 5, eff. 4/3/2015.
