Section 49-1203 - COURTS TO REPORT NONPAYMENT OF JUDGMENTS - NONRESIDENTS(1) Whenever any person fails within sixty (60) days to satisfy a judgment, it shall be the duty of the clerk of the court, or of the judge of a court, which has no clerk, in which a judgment is rendered within this state, to forward to the department immediately after the expiration of the sixty (60) days, a certified copy of the judgment.(2) If the defendant named in any certified copy of a judgment reported to the department is a nonresident, the department shall transmit a certified copy of the judgment to the official in charge of the issuance of drivers' licenses of the state of which the defendant is a resident.[49-1203, added 1988, ch. 265, sec. 293, p. 726; am. 1990, ch. 45, sec. 32, p. 103.]
