Section 42-1778 - WATER RIGHTS ENFORCEMENT ACCOUNT(1) The water rights enforcement account is hereby created and established in the agency asset fund.(2) All moneys in the water rights enforcement account are reserved, set aside, appropriated and made available until expended as may be directed by the director of the department of water resources in carrying out a water rights enforcement program.[42-1778, added 1986, ch. 313, sec. 9, p. 774.]
