Section 42-1422 - SPECIAL MASTER - APPOINTMENT - POWERS AND DUTIES - COMPENSATION - DISQUALIFICATION - REVIEW OF SPECIAL MASTER'S REPORT(1) The district court may appoint one (1) or more special masters in any general adjudication.(2) The district court shall specify the powers and duties of a special master in the order of reference.
