Section 42-1401C - ROLE OF STATE AGENCIES OTHER THAN THE IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES IN AN ADJUDICATION(1) Each state agency, and the Idaho water resource board may file a claim and appear separately in any adjudication through the attorney general.
