Section 34-2014 - TESTIMONY - SUBPOENA FOR WITNESSES

The testimony may be oral, or by depositions taken pursuant to the Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure. Subpoenas for witnesses may be issued pursuant to the Idaho Rules of Civil Procedure.
