Section 32-1209 - SERVICE OF INCOME WITHHOLDING ORDER IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING(1) The department shall send the income withholding order to the employer by certified mail.(2) At the same time the withholding order is mailed to the employer, the department shall mail a copy of the income withholding order to the obligor at the obligor's last known post-office address.[32-1209, added 1998, ch. 292, sec. 13, p. 941.]
