Section 31-5002 - SHORT TITLE - APPLICATION(1) This act shall be known and may be cited as the "Optional Forms of County Government Act."(2) The provisions of chapters 50 and 51, title 31, Idaho Code, shall apply to chapters 52 through 57, title 31, Idaho Code.[31-5002, added 1996, ch. 283, sec. 1, p. 918.]
