Section 31-2126 - REDEEMING OF REGISTERED WARRANTS

It is the duty of the county treasurer to comply with the requirements of section 31-1507, Idaho Code, if the board of county commissioners declares an emergency pursuant to section 31-1608, Idaho Code.
