Section 30-30-412 - DELEGATES(1) A corporation may provide in its articles or bylaws for delegates having some or all of the authority of members.(2) The articles or bylaws may set forth provisions relating to:(a) The characteristics, qualifications, rights, limitations and obligations of delegates including their selection and removal;(b) Calling, noticing, holding and conducting meetings of delegates; and(c) Carrying on corporate activities during and between meetings of delegates.[30-30-412, added 2015, ch. 243, sec. 77, p. 977.]Added by 2015 Session Laws, ch. 243,sec. 77, eff. 7/1/2015.
