Section 30-30-301 - PURPOSES(1) One (1) or more persons may act as the incorporator or incorporators of a corporation by delivering articles of incorporation to the secretary of state for filing.(2) A corporation engaging in an activity that is subject to regulation under another statute of this state may incorporate under this act only if incorporation under this act is not prohibited by the other statute.
