Section 30-21-807 - EFFECT OF FILING - DURATION - CONTINUATION(a) A person may conduct business under an assumed business name if a certificate of assumed business name has been filed with the secretary of state and is in effect.(b) A certificate of assumed business name is in effect upon filing until it is canceled pursuant to section 30-21-809, Idaho Code.(c) A certificate of assumed business name does not create an entity separate from the person doing business under the assumed business name.[30-21-807, added 2015, ch. 243, sec. 14, p. 784.]Added by 2015 Session Laws, ch. 243,sec. 14, eff. 7/1/2015.
