Idaho Code § 28-23-111

Section 28-23-111 - APPLICATION

This act shall apply to all franchise agreements, security agreements and guaranty agreements dated prior to July 1, 1975, and all franchise agreements, security agreements and guaranty agreements dated on or after July 1, 1975.
