Section 28-12-104 - LEASES SUBJECT TO OTHER LAW(1) A lease, although subject to this chapter, is also subject to any applicable: (a) Certificate of title statute of this state; or(b) Certificate of title statute of another jurisdiction (section 28-12-105); or(c) Provision of the Idaho credit code.(2) In case of conflict between this chapter, other than sections 28-12-105, 28-12-304(3), and 28-12-305(3), and a statute or decision referred to in subsection (1) of this section, the statute controls.(3) Failure to comply with an applicable law has only the effect specified therein.[28-12-104, added 1993, ch. 287, sec. 1, p. 981.]
