Section 27-116 - CORPORATE POWERSEach cemetery maintenance district has power:
2. To acquire, hold, use, manage, occupy, possess, lease, exchange, sell and convey lands, make such contracts, and acquire, hold, use, manage, occupy, possess, lease, exchange, sell and convey such personal property as may be necessary or convenient for the purposes of this chapter.3. To levy and apply such taxes for purposes under its exclusive jurisdiction as are authorized by law.4.
