Section 20-602 - SEPARATE ROOMS REQUIRED(1) Each county jail shall house male and female prisoners separately.(2) Each county jail shall house separately all juveniles processed as adults under Idaho Code.(3) Each county jail shall develop an objective inmate classification system which addresses the safety of all prisoners and the security of the facility.
