Section 19-5118 - POWER OF THE COUNCIL TO ESTABLISH AND ASSESS FEES(1) The council may establish and assess fees for:(a) The use of its facilities and equipment by private entities and non-law enforcement institutions;(b) The use of its facilities and equipment by law enforcement agencies for purposes other than basic training; and(c) Facilitating, arranging, providing or assisting with the training, certification or continuing education requirements of private entities, non-law enforcement institutions and law enforcement agencies.(2) The council shall deposit assessed fees into the peace officer standards and training fund established in section 19-5116, Idaho Code.
