Section 18-925 - AGGRAVATED SEXUAL BATTERY(1) Aggravated sexual battery is sexual battery as defined in section 18-924, Idaho Code, when the forbidden contact occurs under the circumstances described in section 18-907, Idaho Code.(2) Aggravated sexual battery is a felony and shall be punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for a period not to exceed twenty (20) years.[18-925, added 2018, ch. 322, sec. 2, p. 751.]Added by 2018 Session Laws, ch. 322,sec. 2, eff. 7/1/2018.
