Section 18-4629 - PENALTY FOR TRANSPORTATION OF FOREST PRODUCTS WITHOUT A PERMIT, CONTRACT, BILL OF SALE, OR PRODUCT LOAD RECEIPT

Violation of the provisions of this section 18-4628, Idaho Code, shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine of not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or both.
