Section 14-5-1206 - WAIVER OF INTEREST AND PENALTY

The administrator may waive, in whole or in part, interest under section 14-5-1204(1), Idaho Code, and penalties under section 14-5-1204(2) or 14-5-1205, Idaho Code.
