(a) General sessions shall be limited to a period of sixty days and budget sessions and special sessions to a period of thirty days, but the Governor may extend any session for not more than thirty days. Sundays and holidays shall be excluded in computing the number of days in any session.(b) The Governor may convene the legislature, or the Senate alone, in special session. All sessions shall be held at the capital of the Territory.
