Section 708-892.6 - Computer damage in the third degree(1) A person commits the offense of computer damage in the third degree if the person knowingly accesses a computer, computer system, or computer network without authorization and thereby recklessly causes damage.(2) Computer damage in the third degree is a class C felony.Added by L 2014, c 213,§ 1, eff. 7/7/2014.
