Section 658J-23 - Enforcement of confirmed award(a) The court shall enforce an award confirmed under section 658J-16, including a temporary award, in the manner and to the same extent as any other order or judgment of a court.(b) The court shall enforce an arbitration award in a family law dispute confirmed by a court in another state in the manner and to the same extent as any other order or judgment from another state.Added by L 2017, c 113,§ 1, eff. 7/10/2017.
