Section 97-4 - Manner of filing; public recordsAll statements required by this chapter to be filed with the state ethics commission:
(1) Shall be filed electronically with the state ethics commission using an electronic filing system, or any other forms and methods established by the state ethics commission;(2) Shall be maintained by the state ethics commission for a period of no less than six years from the date of filing; and shall constitute part of the public records of the state ethics commission; and(3) Shall be posted on the state ethics commission's website within a reasonable time after filing and may be removed from the website after six years.Amended by L 2024, c 189,§ 4, eff. 7/3/2024.Amended by L 2023, c 9,§ 3, eff. 3/31/2023.Amended by L 2021, c 190,§ 1, eff. 7/6/2021.L 1975, c 160, pt of §1; am L 1979, c 91, §12; am L 1980, c 129, §1(e); am L 1993, c 52, §1
