Section 340F-8 - Prohibited actsIt shall be unlawful:
(1) For any public water system, or major segment of a public water system such as a water treatment plant or distribution system, to be operated unless the operator is duly certified under this chapter; and(2) For any individual to perform the duties of an operator without being duly certified under this chapter.L 1991, c 273, pt of §1; am L 2000, c 196, §8
