Section 304A-1967 - [Repealed Effective 6/30/2024] Cooperation with the University of Hawaii by state agencies

Every state agency may render services to the University of Hawaii upon the university's request for any purpose related to this subpart.

Added by L 2021SP1, c 8,§ 10, eff. 7/20/2021, app. retroactively to any actions taken after 6/30/2021, by the University of Hawaii pursuant to the sections of law amended by this act section, repealed 6/30/2024.
