There is established within the University of Hawaii an innovation and commercialization initiative program under the direction of the vice president for research and innovation.

Added by L 2021SP1, c 8,§ 10, eff. 7/20/2021, app. retroactively to any actions taken after 6/30/2021, by the University of Hawaii pursuant to the sections of law amended by this act section, repealed 6/30/2024.
