Section 124B-170 - Wearing unauthorized insignia, decoration, badge, ribbon, device, or lapel button Any person subject to this chapter who:
(1) Is not authorized to wear an insignia, decoration, badge, ribbon, device, or lapel button; and(2) Wrongfully wears any insignia, decoration, badge, ribbon, device, or lapel button upon the person's uniform or civilian clothing, shall be punished as directed by a court-martial.Added by L 2022, c 286,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2023.
