Section 99E-80 - DefinitionsThe following definitions apply in this Article:
(1) COVID-19. - The disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.(2) Community pool. - A privately owned community swimming pool, including, without limitation, a swimming pool owned or operated by a multiunit apartment complex, homeowners association, or condominium unit owners association.Added by 2020 N.C. Sess. Laws 90,s. 6-a, eff. 7/2/2020.Editorial renumbering: Article 8 of Title 99E was added twice during the 2020 Session. Article 8 as added by SL 2020-90 § 6.(a) has been editorially renumbered as Article 9 to avoid duplication of numbering.
