Section 90-21.130 - Short title

This Article shall be known and may be cited as the Emergency or Disaster Treatment Protection Act.

Applicability: Section 3D.7-b of 2020 N.C. Sess. Laws 3, as amended by 2021 N.C. Sess. Laws 3,s. 2.13-a, eff. 3/11/2021, provides: "This section is effective when it becomes law and applies to acts or omissions occurring during either the pendency of Executive Order No. 116 issued on March 10, 2020, by Governor Roy A. Cooper, or during any subsequent time period during which a state of emergency is declared to be in effect by the Governor, in any year, in response to COVID-19."
