Section 54-109.71 - Other loan programs(a) A credit union may participate in loans to credit union members jointly with other credit unions, corporations, or financial organizations.(b) A credit union may participate in guaranteed loan programs of the federal and State government.(c) A credit union may purchase the conditional sales contracts, notes and similar instruments of its members.N.C.
