Section 32-74 - Applicability of provisions

This Article shall govern fiduciaries acting under wills, agreements, court orders, and other instruments now existing or hereafter made.

Sections 32-70 through 32-76 were renumbered from §§ 36A-1 through 36A-7 by 2005 N.C. Sess. Laws 192, s. 1, eff. 1/1/2006.
