Section 143B-1450 - Creation of Division of Prisons; powers

There is hereby created and established a division to be known as the Division of Prisons within the Department. The Division of Prisons shall have the power and duty to implement Parts 2 and 3 of this Article and shall have such other powers and duties as are set forth in this Article and are prescribed by the Secretary.
